I need a quote to repair/replace several external concrete window sills on a two-storey house in Swords.

At least two first-floor precast concrete sills are badly cracked/spalled and will likely need to be fully removed and replaced. Three other sills are less damaged and may be suitable for repair, depending on inspection.

The job would include removal and disposal of failed material, supply and fitting of new concrete sills where required, repair of the remaining sills, proper fall/projection/drip detail, sealing around the existing uPVC windows, and making good the surrounding wet-dash render.

Safe access will be required for the first-floor windows.

Ideally looking for an experienced bricklayer/masonry contractor to inspect the sills in person and provide a quote. Photos available.
