Appears to be a leak in the closet bend of the toilet of 3 bed apartment. There’s only one bathroom in this upstairs apartment.

Immersion needs to be looked at, fuses replaced. Keeps tripping the fuse box so perhaps element needs to be replaced.

Need a small corner kitchen counter with drawers replaced. The unit is 29 wide by 24 deep inches. Happy to chat around alternatives for the rest of the kitchen, but the small corner is actually broken and needs replacing. No preference for the look of the counter top.

I’m looking for somebody to fit laminate flooring and skirting for a 60sq metre apartment. It would be 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hall and sitting room. If possible, looking for tiling in a bathroom (floor and shower) and kitchen floor too.

I am looking to get a kitchen fitted (from Noyeks) in a small apartment. The kitchen is 2.42m x 2.18m in size and will have roughly 5 cabinets and top and similar on the bottom. It’s a modern kitchen (Messina kitchen on website). Happy to share dimensions etc
