Water tank and associated pipes in attic needs to be urgently replaced in a 3 bed bungalow. Other plumbing works which we require include disconnecting and blanking off the connections to an oil burning stove in the kitchen (oil burner is outside kitchen and oil tank a few meters away), two radiators moved from internal bedroom walls to underneath the windows (suspended flooring, floorboards easily come up), hot press/hot water tank moved from kitchen to bathroom, with installation of new insulated tank. New position will be almost directly under tank and pipe work in attic. Soak pit for shower and washing machine in back garden needs to be upgraded/replaced as it has failed (garden has become a swamp whenever shower/washing machine used), outgoing plumbing for washing machine needs to be checked as the drain outside is “flooding” directly into garden on use.
