Scope of works, preceeded by a site and risk assessment:
A. Fitting of bird spikes around two chimneys (2X1 metre) on a double-story house.
B. Clearing of foliage from chimney pots fitting of 2-3 chimney cowls.

To be considered you must demonstrate competence with referrals, be equiped (harness, fall arrester, etc.) and certified (Safepass, working at heights), and currently fully insured to deliver these services.

The chimneys are accessible from a first floor flat roof. No scafolding or MEWP needed.

Please quote for parts, labour including VAT and provide credentials by email. Payment will be made 50% to schedule the works and 50% on completion.

Professionals only – there will be no short cuts on this project as we have had a dangerous incident on a previous solar panel installation where significant damage was caused.
