Three x Jobs – All works to be completed in 2 weeks max in accordance with designs and visualisations.
JOB 1. Complete refurbishment of an upstairs bathroom to create a contemporary, minimalist wet-room style space. Works include full strip-out, structural repairs where required, construction of bespoke tiled shower features and shelving, waterproofing, tiling, installation of all new sanitaryware, frameless shower screen, lighting and electrical upgrades, together with all associated plumbing, finishing and commissioning.
JOB 2. convert the existing under-stairs storage area into a modern cloakroom WC. The project will involve all necessary building works, including forming the new room, plumbing, electrics, ventilation, installation of a new door, and fitting an integrated WC/basin unit. A full-height frosted glass panel is to be installed on one side to borrow natural light from the adjoining kitchen while maintaining privacy. The cloakroom will be finished in floor tiles,and fittings. JOB 3.quotation to install a new shower enclosure within an external log cabin in back garden. The project includes the prep of the flooring and walls . ( acrylic panels to be provided) installation of acrylics panels (supplied )shower tray, shower panel, electric shower and wash hand basin, together with all associated plumbing and electrical works. Plumbing will be required to connect to the existing mains water supply and discharge greywater to a nearby waste connection. No WC is required as part of this JOB 3
