Our washing machine is located in the kitchen and the drainage pipe is located inside the former ground floor toilet under the stairs. This space has been converted into a storage space but the piping is still inside this room. Lately we have noticed a leak around the pipe not enough to flood the area but a small pool of water appears each time we use the washing machine.
