Yard/site clearance required. Agriculture land with large shed. Outside of the shed is an area to park cars etc, it requires items to be cleared (old shopping baskets, rebar, plastic wrapping etc) and emptying of old building/stables. Also area is required to be tidied, like items put with like items and organised in a way to maintain access. Would require more than one person for the job. Would require jeep/4×4 to access the land.
