Seeking repair and re-treatment/staining of my hardwood decking measuring approx 4.6m x 8.8m, plus two sets of 4 steps from the decking to garden. One set of steps needs to be entirely replaced with soft wood. There are isolated patches of sagging on the main deck which would require patch repairs to runners underneath, otherwise the boards themselves and majority of sub structure are sound.
