Water has leaked from the upstairs shower into the downstairs kitchen.
Work required:
-Investigate and identify source of leak (shower tray, seal, pipework, etc.).
-Repair or replace shower fittings/seals as needed to stop further leaks.
-Ensure shower area is fully watertight before completion.
