Hi,

We are looking to renovate a bathroom and kitchen approx 8m2 in a single story extension at the back of our home. Bathroom is our priority; remove tiles, wood panel ceiling, bath and insulate and modernise and do the same then in the kitchen. We realise this is a big job and looking for advice on what we can do with the existing structure.
