Job list as per below:
Job 1) fit 6″/foot wooden railing with brass fittings from Amazon to landing wall for visiting elderly relative to not fall going out to toilet at night
Job 2) cut some bulkhead at foot height to get access to a handle and seal tight other side
Job 3) attach garden hose reel to wall
Job 3) paint small ceiling area (6 foot by 4 foot on landing)
Job 4) paint front wall with exterior white paint
Job 5) paint railing with black metal paint
Job 6) paint top points of railing with metal gold paint
Job 6) lift boards in front ground floor room to remove some foam and return ventilation from wall vents
Job 7) spot fill gaps at front ground floor door areas (both rooms) and sandle board with wood filler already bought
Job 8) fill gaps at back of upstairs front wardrobes with already bought foam
Job 9) change angle of shoe rack so shoes do not fall off
Job 10) put small panels where foam currently is in airing cupboard and boiler cabinet
Job 11) resit dishwasher – it has slipped back and now front door will not open fully
Job 12) paint front room skirting boards at bay window
Job 13) replace exterior vent on inside of front room bay window area (foot level on left hand side)
Job 14) paint upstairs boxing around toilet and around bath area
Job 15) install new taps in upstairs bathroom
Job 16) install new paper and towel holder in downstairs toilet (cleaning spray has cause corrosion)
Job 17) remove old toilet seat and install new one in downstairs toilet
Job 18) hand rail in bath in upstaris bathroom
