Hey, we\’re on the hunt for someone experienced to help us with the heating in our semi-detached home in Newbridge. Our place has 1 ¼ bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a kitchen; it\’s about 106 sq. ft.

The gig involves getting rid of the old gas boiler, the copper water tank from the hot press, and the water tank from the attic. We want to replace them with a new boiler and a modern, insulated water tank. We also want to give our heating system a good flush. There\’s some plumbing work too; we\’re adding a shower and sink to the garage\’s bathroom, moving radiators from the conservatory to the garage for extra warmth, and hooking up the kitchen sink, washer, and dryer.

We need someone who\’s skilled at installing heating systems and has done it before. Oh, and they need a copy of their up-to-date tax certificate before they get started. Fair pricing is important as we are working with the council, so the budget for the entire job is 10,000 euros (for labor and supplies, which I will help source to minimize pricing).
