(1) A light socket in my bathroom ceiling has failed and needs to be replaced.

(2) My bathroom extractor fan currently has power only when the bathroom light is on. I need an “always-on” power line installed so I can put in a fan with an independent on/off cord.

(3) Two extra sockets to be installed in the kitchen.

(4) Kitchen electrical connections to oven and fridge installed by previous owner need checking for safety.

(5) The shower fuse in my fusebox needs checking and possible replacement. (This is for an electrical shower which has been unused for 3-4 years; nevertheless the fuse looks wrong to me.)
