My partner and I are in the process of purchasing a 3 bedroom terrace in Marino. Looking for a qualified builder available to attend a 15 minute viewing of the house to act as a consultation for potential building and renovation works.
Property is in need of complete refurbishment.
The objective of the viewing will be to outline scope of works to be completed and understand indicative costs involved.
If the building expert is interested in taking on the project we can also discuss this at a later date once the sale of the house has closed.

We ideally would like somebody to be available this week (w/c 9 January 2022)
