I am looking for a builders quote to construct an open plan block wall garden room in my back garden that will serve as a gym/store. I need a foundation laid and walls built. It’s 6m long by 4m wide and 4m high at roof apex. Walls will roughly be 2.8 – 3m high. There’s a 3m wide side passage providing access to my house. I can provide more detail to interested tradesmen. There may be a separating wall between store and gym. This is yet to be decided.
