Angle grinder job to cut 2 shores. Garden was done, shores were never removed and cemented in by mistake, drain blocked, no access to clear it

I need 2 shores cut with an angle grinder. The garden was done, the shore was never taken off and was cemented around. The drain is now blocked and I’ve no access to it. More small jobs available if wanted i.e tv bracket/cameras/door number sign

A light fixture has broken and fallen from the ceiling, suspended by its electrical cord. This is in the music room of our youth centre. The room is out of use til this can be repaired, so it’s a bit urgent so the kids can resume using the space. Thanks
