Kitchen tap is intermittently dripping quite a bit. Also when taps are turned on anywhere in the house, they are making a noise, also intermittently but frequently which eventually stops by opening the tap again (sometimes if noise comes on in upstairs bathroom, kitchen tap has to be opened for noise to stop).
