The bathroom water supply seems to be only from the cylinder. When the waters heated for a shower the waters too hot and there’s no way to control the temperature.

Digging up and removing 3 x cement pourings originally used to keep gymnastics poles fixed safely in place on the back lawn. Each section is approximately 1 ft radius and 2 ft deep and I just want the cement removed from the ground, no disposal needed as we have a skip.

Grouting only to bathroom floor, tiles already in place. Grout in hand, just expertise needed. Area is 25 sq ft with about 18 2ft x 1ft tiles.

1 Mixer bathroom tap and plug to be changed in a small downstairs bathroom please. The current tap is also a mixer tap on the top of the sink which is a standard freestanding sink against a wall.
