I need the following electrical work completed: Replace one existing outdoor light with a new motion sensor light. Remove another outdoor wall light that is no longer in use. Remove an old house alarm system. Install or replace three ceiling lights and reposition two of them on the ceiling as required.

I am back in my apartment; outgoing tenants advised that the bathroom towel radiator never worked. FYI, it was installed in 2021 or thereabouts; I had not understood it was not working. Also, the cover on a box of electrical wires in the Hot Press does not function/stay on; this also needs to be repaired.
