A wood beam under the tiles in my bathroom has become rotten due to the water leaking through. I want to remove the rotten part of this wood, replace it, and reinforce the area. We are not sure how much wood is rotten. The tiles will need to be removed to determine the extent.
To lay a patio and garden path. the area has been almost prepped, the stone is at the house but needs to be brough into the garden. Depending on the price I may ask for flower beds to be built and new grass.
