Issue with the water supply to our hot taps, showers and toilets.

The hot taps in 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen are impacted.
The cistern in one of the two toilets is not refilling.
There is no water going to the showers.
All the cold taps are working.

When we turn our water pump off and on the water comes back temporarily, but then goes again.
