I’m renovating a 50sqm one-bed 1990’s apartment in Rathmines. I’ve a comprehensive list and can walk someone through it on site. I’m hoping to get a quote for the following:

Install 3 storage heaters (this is a priority as the old ones have already been removed):
* Dimplex Quantum Storage Heater QM150RF (wiring exists)
* Dimplex Quantum Storage Heater QM100RF (needs wiring)
* Dimplex Quantum Storage Heater QM070RF (wiring exists)

Fuse Box:
* Replace old fuse box with new one

Sockets:
X 2 Replace old double sockets with new switched double sockets
X 5 New double sockets
X 4 Remove double sockets
X 1 Move double socket into cloffice and replace with switched double socket

Light Switches:
X 5 Swap ordinary light switches for dimmers
X 1 Replace old light switches with new ones

Lights:
X 16 New dimmable down lights (non glare in 50mm ceiling space. I’ve found a couple of solutions but could do with advice)
X 2 Install new dimmable wall lights above bed

Other:
X 4 Remove wires and make safe
X 3 Remove pendant lights

Bedroom:
The bedroom was two box rooms that I’m turning into one bedroom. I’d like to be able to turn off the main bedroom down lights from the bed as well as when you enter the room.

Bathroom:
Would like to have a separate switch just for the fan in the bathroom, if that’s possible, because it’s annoying have it come on every time you turn on the light.

Cloffice (turning a small cupboard into a compact office):
– Was thinking of strip lighting. Need advice.
