Looking for a qualified electrician to supply and install a fixed electric heater in a bathroom to meet rental accommodation requirements.

* Assess the bathroom and recommend the simplest compliant heating solution.Bathroom walls are fully tiled.
* Supply and install a suitable bathroom-rated fixed electric heater
* Wire heater to a fused spur, with the spur/switch located outside the bathroom (hallway if appropriate).
* Ensure installation complies with current Irish rental standards.
