Properly sanded for smooth finish before painting.
One of the bedrooms will have an accent wall.
Living room – paint refresh only – walls only (Colourtrend Ivory Tusk)
Skirting board and architrave is new in the whole apartment – needs to be prepped painted. Both are bought primed white.

1 bedroom and hallway – Valspar Premium
Bedroom with accent wall- V & CO dead flat matt
Skirting and architrave – Valspar Premium eggshell
We also have filler and wood filler if you want, up to you.
