Job Title: Skilled Tradesperson for Lead Flashing & Plastering in Raheny
Location: Raheny, Dublin 5
Job Description:
I’m looking for an experienced and reliable tradesperson for a small but important job to permanently weatherproof a gap between my house wall and a neighbour’s boundary wall.

The work involves two main tasks (please see attached photos for detail):

Plastering: Applying a finishing plaster skim to a small section of external blockwork.

Flashing & Guttering: Expertly fitting lead flashing from my house wall down into a new gutter. The gutter will be placed in the gap between the two walls and must have a fall to drain water away to an existing downpipe at the rear of the house.

The ideal candidate must have:

Proven experience in external plastering and, crucially, expert-level skills in lead flashing and roofing.

The ability to supply all necessary materials (lead, guttering, plaster, etc.).

A professional, tidy, and courteous manner. Please note: As this work is on a boundary, the ability to work quietly and respectfully is essential to ensure a smooth and hassle-free job.

Their own tools, transport, and be fully insured.
