We have bought a new built house last year and we have tapping noise in the pipes when draining hot water from the bath and when having showers (we have 3 bathrooms one with a bath and 2 with showers). The developer says it doesn’t constitute a major issue so they won’t be fixing it. But we know of some houses in the estate that got major leaks from the bathrooms and we would like someone to check this out and apply required fixes if needed.
