We are looking to get a garage (at the back of the garden with access from the rear lane) converted into a home office. It is approximately 5*4m2 with old block walls. There is a pvc door entrance from the garden and a small window facing the garden. We would like to get the floors, walls and roof insulated and plasterboarded and an internal patition in the middle of the garage. The front part facing the garden would be for the office and the back portion would be a bike store. We would like to get a new door from the garden and make the window bigger. There is a shutter door at the back of the garage which works perfectly so that just needs to be incorporated into the refit. Also some electrical work for lights and extra sockets. We are ready to go once the finer details on the works have been sorted out (door and window type etc. We will do the internal finishing such as painting. I have CAD drawings of the current space and of the proposed plan if required.
