The en-suite bathroom in my apartment has had a 10 litre tank serving the hot water to the bathroom sink . Due to the constant water pressure and the fact that the 10 litres of water was maintained hot continuously , the tank has leaked on two occasions.

I now need a new solution for providing hot water to the bathroom sink.

I have been advised that the below zip electric water heater may be of use.

I need a plumber to examine the situation and complete the job.
