I would like to move a washing machine and separate dryer upstairs into the hot press. The hot press is located directly above the current utility room so would likely need a waste pipe passed through the floor to connect with current waste pipe in the room below. However, will defer to the experts on the best approach to this.

I have a washer/dryer stacker but need to source a tray for the washing machine to prevent possible leaks.
