the boiler timer/on-off switch is located beside the fuseboard under the stairs and is wired. It works fine and was part of a new re-wire/new plumb job in 2016. The timer clock is now losing time but still functions as a switch. We have sourced a smart (internet enabled) on-off switch that is controlled by a smartphone app that we would like someone to simply connect.
