Build Entrance Wall: On 600mm wide x 16.27m long cured poured concrete foundations, build walls and piers with reclaimed bricks (supplied) in double skin Stretcher Bond bricklaying technique. Finished wall height 2 x 2.1m – (18 rows) with capped with 1 row bricks (11mm inc. mortar). Finished brick piers 7 x 540mm x 2.2m height piers (20 rows). Main entrance piers to be topped with supplied caps and finials, other piers topped with capping. Entrance piers to be c. 1.7m wide to allow fitting of heavy solid timber gates 2m height x 1.5m wide (on-site), which will open outwards. Entrance piers to be internally wired for wall lights on front pier facade.

Lay Strip Entrance: Pave with brick setts (supplied) in herringbone layout, with V-shape design layout towards entrance steps. Size c 2m length x 1.7m wide to match ope of gates and piers. Top level of brick to be same finished level as parking area. Build 2 x 1.5m wide slim height steps finished with limestone bullnose steps and risers. Base of steps to incorporate similar paviour of 1.5m wide x 1m depth landing strip prior to pond bridge. Lay brick setts around planted area border.
