We are FootfallCam, leading people counting solutions provider in the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced engineer for a critical callout task to diagnose and replace a faulty IP camera. Location: 14 Orwell Road, Rathgar, Dublin, D06 Y566, Ireland
Date ASAP, ideally 13 or 17 Nov 2023 Time: Between 9am weekdays

Job Description
– footfall counting camera near store entrance is diagnosed faulty
– swap faulty camera with new camera (new camera will be sent to store by FFC, installer to collect the camera from store staff)
– perform simple IP configuration for the new camera (via Wifi SSID connection)
– make sure camera showing blue light, if not, to report to FFC team
– make sure that cables are in good condition and the connection to the patch panel at the back office are labelled
– send FFC photos of counter light status, back office connection and signed Delivery Note

***Please bring along:
1. Laptop (Window OS) with ethernet port
2. Internet cable/LAN Cable
3. Step ladder
