BATHROOM
1) I need a new extractor fan fitted in the bathroom. There is one there already but it stopped working a long time ago. I repainted the bathroom ceiling only last year, but it is in a state again from moisture, which you can see in the photos, because there is no working extractor fan!

2) I also need the lights looked at in the bathroom, as sometimes (most times) when I flick the switch to turn the bathroom lights on, they come on, flicker and then go off again. Then, I have to gently press the light switch for them to come back on properly and stay on.

3) Also, the immersion heater is only working on the \’Bath\’ setting – and not the \’Sink\’ setting.

LIGHT IN LIVING AREA
I need a light looked at it in the living area. It stopped working shortly after it was professionally installed a number of years ago. Though, occasionally, when I flick the switch on for this light, it comes on, flickers and goes off again.

OUTDOOR SENSOR LIGHT
Also, there\’s an outdoor sensor light outside the front door that stopped working. I need it replaced.

ALARM SYSTEM
There\’s an old wired alarm system that could do with either (a) removing or (b) fixing. It includes an emergency alarm thing in the main bedroom that\’s extremely sensitive and all you nearly need to do to set it off is breath on it! Apologies for the state of it – it\’s hard for me to clean it, as all I nearly have to do is glance at it and it triggers the alarm!

The alarm is an issue when anything is being done around the electricals, because when you switch the electrics off, which you have to do to do any electrical work, the alarm goes off – there are neighbours upstairs.
