We need a wall knoocked down to join the kitchen with the dining room. Also removal of current kitchen and installation of new kitchen and island. Ceilings will need to be done and plastered as well. We have our plumber, electrician, and flooring people for the job that you will need to work with- they are good and have done excellent recent work for us.. We will need a new window put where a sliding door is, as well as a french door installed going to the garden. The window and french doors have been bought.
