I have a UPVC window (ground floor) with a broken mechanism, I have a replacement part to fit, but need help opening the window so I can fit it. The window handle does nothing, I have removed this and you can see the mechanism rounded. I have removed the seal from the window and can get an alan key in to the shootbolts but they will not budge. Help needed just to get it open.
