Cold water: 1 T and about 2.5m of tube connecting to existing 3/4 compression fitting.
Hot water: about 1.5m of tube connecting to existing 3/4 compression fitting.
Also include installation of isolation valves (Hot and cold) on the hand wash basin.
Floor is already opened.
No need to repair floor.
