I need a stud wall removed and a doorway filled which will make two box rooms into one bedroom. The wall has electric radiators on either side that need to be disconnected. You can leave the waste with me. The room and doorway filled need left in a condition so that I can plaster it i.e. filled doorway and edges of removed wall tidied and plaster boarded.

I have the work approved by the management company, but the contractor must supply evidence of insurance and health and safety documentation to the management company before the job can commence.
