I’m looking to complete a number of general building works as part of a wider renovation:
External Insulation to rear of terrace house, with new render
Replacement of existing wooden window lintels in rear
New windows front and rear and front and rear doors
Lowering of existing rear garden level (approx 8m wide x 1.5m depth) by 50cm
I’m unsure if the existing concrete floor has a DPM and may need to replace if it does not.
I’m ready to start the work in the coming months, and in the process of actively pricing up the job at the moment. Hoping to find someone who can take on the job, and has previous work I can view.
