I need my vented system converted to an unvented system. I already have a system boiler installed, which does not need to be changed. I also need motorized valves to be installed to operate the hot water separately from the heating. I also need the hot water cylinder to be replaced to one with integrated heating. The hot press is immediately above the kitchen, which is where the boiler is installed. The house is 84 sqm, on two floors.
