NB: Even though it’s small job, the Contractor must supply evidence of Public Liability insurance to the apartment block management company before commencement.

THE JOB: I need a stud wall removed and a doorway filled which will turn two box rooms into one large bedroom. Three electric radiators need to be disconnected, two on either side of the wall, one in the hallway. The doorway and room must have be left so that I can plaster and finish it it e.g. doorway filled with plaster board.
You can leave all the waste with me.
